Marvellous Mosaic Workshops
I hold one-day workshops for beginners who would like to try mosaic making at a beginner's level. They are held in my studio in the heart of historic Shrewsbury in a medieval courtyard. It's a calm and quiet space to come and enjoy sometime creating and making.
The day is from 10.00am to 4.00pm and i keep the groups to 4-5 per workshop so that everyone gets lots of attention and issues are resolved without having to wait too long! All the materials are supplied along with refreshments and my Mum's rather special Bara Brith. Mine never turns out quite the same as hers!
There is time to make one or two small scale mosaics to be able to go through the whole process and hopefully provides enough confidence to then tackle future projects at home solo.
