Work selected
I am extremely pleased to have had my mosaic piece A Love Lost selected for display in a new exhibition. This is a commemorative exhibition opening on 13 January 2018 at Theatre Severn, Shrewsbury, in their upstairs gallery. It is on until 31 January 2018. Exhibition presented by Visual Arts Network to coincide with the performance premiere of the musical 'Poppyfields' by John Howard Production.
The exhibition commemorates the end of the First World War. Forever known and remembered as The Great War. The swathes of blood red poppies, fragile and delicate, fleeting but enduring, form the motif for our national remembrance of all those who go to war on our behalf, who pay the ultimate price; a symbol of respect.
