The Decorated Studio

Amazing what you can do on a budget!

It took just over two weeks of scrubbing, filling in holes and taking out a lot of nails but at long last the studio has taken shape. The colour theme was white with some green highlights. I painted everything white to try to blend all the different 'bits' of wood and wall finish together.

I managed to find some great anglepoise -like lights for the desks from B&Q, white desks from IKEA and the fabulous 1950s bentwood chairs were gifted to me from the previous occupant.

I also inherited a huge ironing table, which now has a fabulous green spotty PVC cover, and makes a great workbench.

Now all I have to do is come up with some great mosaic designs!
